I vote in the same way. The one with the border.
Regarding Forest’s three votes, I think he should just be the tiebreaker. He doesn’t get to make every decision. Just when there’s a tie, he breaks it.
It looks like the votes for the original logo carries the day. That is the the one I would go with as well.
If Forest took three votes each time it would guarantee at least a tie, hence a win each time. #math
